Referring your Patients to QVS

If you have a patient you feel would benefit from seeing a specialist, please complete a referral form and fax to QVS.

You or your client can then call us to make an appointment. We will report back to you to keep you fully informed.

Specialists

A wide range of specialists are always available to provide optimal management of your referral patients.

Veterinarians on Hand

Veterinarians and nurses are on-site at all times (including overnight) to provide the professional care and treatment required.

Cost Estimates

Approximate estimates of costs can be provided over the phone.

A more accurate estimate will be given at the time of the consultation after examining the patient.

Payment & Finance

We accept VISA, MasterCard, EFTPOS and cash.

Interest-free finance plans are available through Care Credit.

The application process and options can be explained in specific detail if required.

Radiology Suite

Should you require x-rays larger than your clinic allows, you’re welcome to bring your patients to QVS and use our radiology suite. The cost is $20 per plate.

Free Phone Advice

QVS provides free, frank, full and fearless phone advice. If we can solve your patient’s problems without a visit to QVS, then we are happy to do so.

Please call us and we will endeavour to talk to you immediately. Alternatively, we’ll call you back as soon as we can.

There is no cost for this service.

Free X-ray Reviews

If you would like some x-rays reviewed, send them to us and we will phone you with our analysis. We will then mail the x-rays
back to you.
